ARCHITECTURE:
- This lot is perfect for a custom home.
- A home on this lot may include a basement and can be up to three stories above ground.
- It is possible to build an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) on this lot. The ADU may be part of the primary structure.

CONSTRUCTION:
- The buyer must hire an architect from South Main's approved list. Doing so will make meeting South Main's architectural requirements (see link below) easy and hassle free.
